Once your selection process is complete, click on the Shopping Cart and follow the prompts for shipment and payment in order to complete your purchase. Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. We do not accept checks, cash, or money order online.
Once your order is placed, please allow 15 minutes for an email confirmation with your order number. Your order number will appear in shipping emails and can also be found by visiting My Account. Our products are manufactured to rigid specifications. The requirements for our products to be certified by a third party certifying body for safety and durability are exceeded.
Our products are warranted for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please email us at support@FGnano.com with a photo and explanation of the problem, along with your transaction ID, and we will provide an exact replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will happily provide one of equal value.
We spend equal amounts of time meeting specifications for the quality of our products and reducing risk to damage while maintaining an attractive appearance.
We strive to provide the fastest delivery service possible through our shipping partners. However, delivery times are affected by your location and the time of year.
We want you to love your FGnano product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Item must be unworn, unused, and include all tags, parts and accessories.)
If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All standard items are eligible for exchange. To exchange all items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new color or size to ensure product availability.
How to exchange an item online:
- STEP 1: To start your exchange, Select the original item you would like to exchange, then choose a different size or color, if available. You will receive an email confirming your exchange.
- STEP 2: To ensure inventory availability, please ship the original item to our distribution center within 3 days of initiating the exchange. You will receive an email once your original item has shipped.
- STEP 3: We will notify you via email when your original item arrives back in our distribution center. Following that, your exchange will be processed within 5-7 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has been shipped. Please note if the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Lastly, if we do not receive your original item at our distribution center, your exchange will be cancelled.
- All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. All customized orders and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

We hope you love your gift or purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we shall gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new condition and returned in the original box undamaged. We cannot accept any returns that are damaged or missing parts.

3.Carefully package your items in a box with sufficient packaging material to avoid movement during shipping. Take the box to the nearest facility of the shipping company you selected. Ask the carrier for a receipt which clearly identifies the tracking number.
Returns do not apply to international orders.
